Shop for yourself. Build a routine that works for you.

Choose a single retail unit or a pack of 10 of the same product. Both prices are shown on each product page. For products sold in packets, a pack of 10 contains ten retail packets.

Mix and match for an extra 10%

Add any mix of single units and packs of 10. When your eligible one-time merchandise subtotal is over £100, an extra 10% is applied automatically, including to pack prices. The threshold is checked before this extra discount and excludes delivery. No code or account is needed. Subscription items have separate pricing and do not receive the extra basket discount.

One-time purchases

1. Browse the range and check each product code, pack size and description.
2. Select your quantity and add to cart. Personal purchases start at one item or pack.
3. Review your cart and select Checkout. You may check out as a guest or sign in. One-time orders have no automatic repeat payments.

Your customer account

Sign in with your checkout email to view orders and manage your details. Account registration and newsletter sign-up are free and do not start a paid subscription.

Subscribe & Save 10%

Eligible personal purchases can be ordered every three months with 10% off the standard one-time product price. Select the subscription option on the product page. The products, quantities, discounted price, delivery charge and recurring payment terms are shown before checkout. The extra basket discount does not apply to subscription items.

Recurring payments and deliveries

The first payment is taken at checkout. Your saved payment method is then charged automatically every three months for your scheduled order until you cancel. Each successful renewal creates a new order for dispatch. Delivery charges apply to each shipment according to your subscription terms.

Pause, skip or cancel

Sign in to your customer account using your checkout email, open Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to manage. You can pause, skip or cancel future deliveries before the next scheduled charge. Check the next billing date in your subscription details.

Orders already charged

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. Contact us promptly about an existing order. Your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected; see our return and refund policy.

Account and newsletter

Creating an account or joining our newsletter is free and does not create a paid subscription. One-time purchases do not renew automatically.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, estimated at 3–5 working days. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £50 after discounts, as shown at checkout.
