Shopping with OralIQ

These terms explain purchases from the OralIQ online store. Our contact details are available in our contact information. Please review the product description, product code, pack contents, quantity, price and delivery details before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless checkout states otherwise. The final order total and any delivery charge are displayed before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. A one-time purchase has no automatic repeat charge.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew every three months until cancelled, as described in our subscription policy. Review recurring product and delivery charges before confirming your subscription.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing is available to approved businesses signed in with their approved account. Minimum quantities displayed on product pages apply. Review your business location and delivery details before ordering. Contact us before paying if expected trade prices are not displayed.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Our shipping policy and return and refund policy explain delivery and cancellation arrangements. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
