UK delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50 after discounts, as calculated at checkout. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

The delivery options, eligibility and final charge are shown before you pay. We process orders on working days. Delivery times are estimates; please contact us if an order is delayed.

Order updates

You will receive an order confirmation by email. We send a dispatch update when your order is fulfilled, with tracking details where a tracked service is used. You can also use the order-status link in your confirmation email.

Subscriptions

Delivery is charged for each subscription shipment as shown in your subscription terms.

Other destinations

We can only accept delivery addresses supported at checkout. Contact us before ordering if your destination is unavailable.

Delivery problems and returns

Email oraliq.uk@gmail.com with your order number if your parcel is missing, damaged or incorrect. Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us before returning an item; we will provide the return address and instructions by email. See our return and refund policy.
